We are a fast casual, quick-service Fresh Pasta and Pizza Bar, located in New York City. We specialize in making fresh pasta and sauces using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients daily. We offer a variety of classic and unique pasta shapes in combination with our first-class Italian sauces with a twist! We boast local draft beers, and Italian hidden gems on our wine list. We have an Italian boozy slushie bar! Try our famous Cheesy Meatball stuffed with fresh mozzarella, as seen on “SHARK TANK”! You'll find our menu is short and sweet, like our sweet little pasta-loving daughter, Hudson, who has a personality as big as the Big Apple. She is our inspiration and this is PASTA BY HUDSON!
