How do I earn rewards?

Link a card, activate a restaurant, then dine and pay with that card. The reward is credited to your balance automatically.

Is my card information safe?

Yes. Card linking is handled by our PCI-compliant partner. Seated only receives a token and the last four digits — never your full card number.

When do rewards appear?

Rewards post to your balance after the restaurant transaction clears, which usually takes a few days.

Can I link more than one card?

Yes — you can link multiple cards and remove any of them at any time from the Cards page.

Do activations expire?

Restaurant activations refresh on a monthly cycle. Re-activate the places you plan to visit each month.
